  My recent visit raised some serious questions about staff training and skill at this location. Inattentive high school aged cashier that was too busy chatting with coworkers and flicking a nut off of a muffin in the pastry case to bother addressing customers in a timely fashion. Kitchen staff that looked at me like I was crazy when I pointed out that there was a peanut sauce on the item I ordered when I had asked for it on the side. In fact the response was oh that doesn't have peanuts in it. I had to show them the menu at which point they still looked profoundly confused. The only redeeming point of this visit was one of the younger managers who quickly addressed the concerns and offered me a refund for the hassle. Hopefully her attention to detail and excellent customer service rubs off on the other employees.

  The food was good except at 6:00pm they were already out of several things . The past few times the place has been filthy !!!! Tables were dirty as was the floor. Very disappointed .wanted to have a nice meal all we could hear were,employees complaining and using foul language .

  It was the food one has come to expect from Panera, however the employees were very unorganized and service was very slow, this was also at an off peak time.
